Logistics Analyst I

On-Site role

Job Description:

• Work Location • Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid: Fully onsite.
• Time Zone Expectations • Worker’s local time zone or team’s time zone: PST o If team’s time zone, specify which one: PST
• Work Schedule • Days and hours: Standard working schedule.
• Contract Duration: 12 months contract from the workers start.
• Possibility of Extension/Conversion.
• There is potential for extension/conversion based on performance, budget, business need, etc.
• Overtime: Only as needed.
• Business Travel: Not at this time.

Description:

• Work location: Hybrid schedule, local candidates.
• Working hours: Standard working hours; 8 am-5 pm PST.

Duties:

• A supply chain planner is responsible for ensuring shipment delivery within KPI and be the focal point of contact between carriers and internal customers.

To do this, but not limited to:

• Must monitor the company shipments until complete delivery.
• Track the performance of current logistics service providers.
• Identify ways of process improvement.
• Be the focal point of contact between logistics provider and internal customers.
• Managing ad hoc requests.
• Managing logistics providers' performance review (weekly and monthly).
• Arranging outbound shipments if necessary.

Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Team collaboration.
• Not a must but prefer to have experience with SAP and OTM.
• Analytical skills.
• This will require someone with at least 1-3 years of relevent working experience.

Education:

• Formal college graduate or equivalent years of experience - formal degree is a preference.
