On-site role

Job description:

• The structural designer 2 position requires 5-7 years heavy industrial/power plant experience. 
• Job responsibilities include producing design/fabrication drawings for structural steel, reinforced concrete, and conceptual designs, reviewing vendor shop fabrication drawings, and preparing material takeoffs. 
• Skillsets and expertise required for this position include proficient using autocad, steel/concrete detailing background is a plus, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers, design engineering staff and/or vendors. 
• Must live within 1 hour of the energy center.
• First two weeks will be in the office for computer assignment and set-up, learn the job and team members. 
• After the individual feels comfortable with expectations they can work remotely
