Frequently Asked Questions
You will get $500 when the employee’s pay scale is up to $50,000 per year. If the pay scale is more than $50,000 per annum, the referral bonus will be $1,000.
A referral is considered successful when the candidate is hired on our customers’ staffing or SOW project as our employee and works with us for at least 90 days.
You can receive double rewards if you are referring to an employee who is already working on a client assignment through a different employer and transfers the project to us as an employer.
Referral bonus/commission will be paid after 90 days of successful employment with us.
You will get a 2 percent bonus tied to the revenue we receive from the customer for one year of service. Ex. If you referred a customer and we did a business of $500,000.00 with the customer for the first year, you will receive a referral bonus of $10,000.00. You will not receive any referral bonus for services to the customer after one year of service.
A referral is considered successful when the referred customer starts working with us within 6 months of referral.
Referral bonus/commission will be paid at least once a month after a customer is invoiced for services till one year of service with the referred customer.
You can refer as candidates/customers as possible.
Once a referral is submitted an email will be sent to you with the referral confirmation. To check the status and/or outcome of the referral send an email to myreferallstatus@54.218.199.155 with details of your referral and will receive a response within one business day from our team.
Not required. However, if you are not an employee, your referral bonus will be paid as a 1099 or a contractor payment with any withholdings as required by the law.
